If you are a business owner looking to reclaim profits lost due to the pandemic, then this letter is for you.
My name is KC Evans and I’m an investor that acquires and grows small to medium-sized businesses.
When the pandemic hit, I was heartbroken watching so many businesses being forced into shutting their doors.
Small businesses are a big part of our communities…
They're the ones that donate to all our community events and charities…
The 4th of July firework show you enjoy every year…
Your local food pantry…
You name it and the small businesses have probably supported it.
That's why we’re taking a turn supporting them.
At the beginning of 2021 we set out on a mission to help 1,000 small businesses recover profits lost due to the pandemic.
And I knew just how we were going to do it…
You see, over the years I've built out this framework that I run all my businesses through.
This framework is my secret sauce to growing the businesses I acquire…
Here’s how it works…
The framework is made up of six key metrics, which are basically six different ways to grow any business… (the only six ways in my opinion)
Along with each metric, I have databases full of proven, drag-and-drop systems and procedures designed to improve the metric they're associated with when plugged into a business.
To run a business through the framework, I ask a series of questions that help point out which of the six metrics the business would benefit most from improving, then when one is chosen I look through the list of systems and procedures under that metric and decide which one would work best with that specific business.
This framework is how we’re helping business owners like you recover profits lost due to the pandemic.
Cool, right?
Here’s the rundown of how this works with the initiative… (which by the way, is not-for-profit)
It's super simple, and only a little different than how I run my businesses through it...
First we ask you a series of simple questions to see which one of the six key metrics your business would benefit the most from improving...
Then we put together a list of systems and procedures from our database that you can plug into your business to then improve that metric. (We call these lists War Maps)
So basically we help you pin point which part of your business could use a boost, then we put together a list of different ways you can choose from to make that happen.
